Jubilee

Woot finished. As you can see like with the other two pics of the month i was inspired by the 90s cartoon show. I put little designs in her blast because I felt just sparkly flames might be a little boring and I made one of them a bat as a homage to the fact that she's a vampire now. I had almost drawn Marrow or Dazzler but i felt they had to many design traits with Rogue and Storm so I went with Jubilee
