I love this monkey!! I got kinda kidish on the 3rd game. His 2nd game voice was so badass!! this whole thing is so super awesome!

Probably supposed to be something like some sort of "smarty pants" and he put them on his head. There was an Ape Escape game that never came to the States. The goal was to remove the pants off of the monkeys or something.
