Short haired Emily

I'm just killing time waiting to hear back on some stuff so i drew this quick idea I got of Emily years ago.

This idea was actually part of an even bigger idea for like a TV show episode. I have thought about if my characters where in a show what kind would it be and the idea of like a High School setting has come up a few times. In that sort of setting I tried to think of different situations they could get in, relationships, grades that sort of thing.

One idea that kept coming up was about gun violence in schools. I always think of that episode of "Static Shock" where they had a school shooting and how I kind of hate that episode. I give them credit that the character hurt is a main character, but i hate that hes back to normal in the next episode, but I hate how they brought in all these characters that have no point but to service the story and then are gone after that, so there's really no long lasting effects. At least in Disney's Gargoyles when Elisa was shot there where a few episodes of her recovering.

So yeah I had thought that if I ever did an episode about gun violence with my characters in a show I would have some lasting impact. Which is why Emily has short hair, I had thought maybe she could be struck in the head and has to have surgery, so there are episodes after where shes not her self and she needs to grow her hair back. Also I was thinking that maybe one of the BG characters would die, to show that there are real consequences to gun violence

Any ways I have had that on my mind for along time, this is all kind of non-canon just throwing out ideas and what not,. Also this isnt meant to spark any debate about guns so yeah none of that please.
