Ive noticed that my character designs don't have a lot of verity so I thought i would get come practice in drawing different face shapes by drawing Sasha Nein from "Psychonaughts" in my style.

I would say Sasha Nein was my favourite character in that game, but it's impossible to have any favourites in a game like Psychonauts.

For unique headshapes, I could also suggest looking into for reference..

1. Animaniacs, Brain especially.
2. Scott Pilgrimage, Gideon Graves.
3. Disney's Alladin, Jafar.
4. Mega Man Legends, Tisel Bonne
5. Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame.. Scratch that, The Great Mouse Detective's Ratigan.

You can also dive deeper in the history of animation for good, unique head references too.
