Ira from MegaMan Legends. Ira was the main character in one of the many side missions in Legends, you meet her in a hospital and she is unable to walk, but after completing the mission, which is really simple BTW, she can walk again and she finds you an item that can be used to make a powerful weapon. So you help a young girl walk again, get a weapon upgrade, meet some cute nurses and all it takes is giving some money to the lovely Mayor, best mission ever hehehe.
